Use of the service
RoleSharp provides resume checking, resume generation, exports, and related job-search writing tools. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before applying.
Accounts and limits
Free and Premium plans have monthly generation limits. Abuse, automation, or attempts to bypass limits may result in account restriction.
Generated content
AI output may require editing. Users should not include false claims, confidential employer data, or sensitive personal information that is not needed for a job application.
Daily Matches and application email
Daily Matches may send one digest of up to ten newly matched jobs per local day. RoleSharp Apply is limited to postings that explicitly accept an application by email and expose a source-backed recipient. It does not complete LinkedIn, Indeed, or employer ATS forms, answer screening questions, infer recruiter addresses, or guarantee an interview. Original application links remain available for manual use.
You must review your profile facts, campaign criteria, connected sender, and any review-each package before authorization. A provider-accepted receipt means only that Gmail or Microsoft accepted the API request; delivery and employer receipt remain unverified. Unknown outcomes are not automatically resent. You can pause a campaign or disconnect a mailbox, but a provider call that crossed the durable sending boundary cannot be recalled.
Community safety reports
Internship safety reports must be truthful, relevant, and based on information you reasonably believe is accurate. Do not post threats, harassment, fabricated accusations, passwords, financial credentials, government identification numbers, or unrelated personal data. RoleSharp may review, reject, edit for privacy, or remove submissions. A report appearing on the board means it passed moderation for relevance; it does not establish that an allegation is legally proven. Employers or affected people may contact support to request review or correction.
Premium
Premium access depends on successful payment or manual admin grant. Premium features can include DOCX export, no watermark, cover letters, interview prep, LinkedIn copy, and templates.
Availability
The service may be limited during high traffic, AI provider outages, maintenance, or payment provider issues.
