Bullet-to-Metric Transformation

Turning 'responsible for' into 'reduced X by Y%'

How it works

  1. Flag every bullet starting with 'Responsible for', 'Worked on', 'Helped with'
  2. For each weak bullet, ask: what was the SCOPE, the METRIC, and the OUTCOME?
  3. Rewrite as: verb + what you did + scope + metric-driven result
  4. Each bullet should answer 'so what?' for a recruiter scanning in 6 seconds

The prompt

Rewrite this resume bullet to start with a strong action verb and end with a measurable result. Use the format: [Action Verb] [what you did] for/in/with [scope], achieving/improving/reducing [metric]. If the original has no numbers, add 'e.g. reduced by ___%' as a placeholder the candidate can fill. Do not invent metrics.
